Day 2 noon report&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Capt. V.J. Bell steered his anglers to four sailfish releases before noon Wednesday leading Day Two action in the ninth annual Finest Kind Offshore Tackle Quickie Sailfish Tournament. The fleet of 15 boats has picked away for 26 releases on the day giving it 91 overall.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Fishing ends at 3:30 p.m. today. Keeping pace with Challenge while maintaining a sizable lead, Cowpoke led by Capt. Mike Brady also has four Wednesday. Brady's bunch has 14 overall and is trailed by three boats each with nine apiece.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Day one second stander LoQueSea with Capt. Robbie Kelly (9:46), Bone Shaker with Capt. Scott Fawcett (11:33) and Challenge (11:34) all have nine. It is possible Bondolara with Hans Kraaz has caught fish Wednesday, but is having trouble with communications back to tournament radio operator Lynne Bates. Four of the team's five sailfish could not be reported effectively Tuesday.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
Fishing teams must be back inside the Manatee Pocket by 5 p.m. The total purse is $142,000.&lt;br /&gt;&#13;
